Studying at West Dean College has inspired Beth to develop and transition her work into a surreal and imaginative genre.

Influenced by the work of artists Charlotte Solomon, Miro, Picasso and Leonora Carrington, Beth’s work has taken a new exciting direction, creating surprising, thrilling and intriguing images.

Motivated by her imagination and memories, which play a major part in her approach to design and content, Beth has been inspired to delve into a fantastic imaginary world where reality meets surrealism resulting in an innovative fusion of images.

Eager and excited to explore this development Beth has employed bold colours and used a variety of media .

Using imagery from the landscape along with a vivid and complex imagination has inspired Beth to create an emotive tableau of images.
